With several practice tests and over 1000 questions covering Agency, Ownership, Valuation, Finance, Property Management and Missouri License Law.  You are assured that you are learning the material and will have all the knowledge needed to successfully pass the broker license exam.



LEGAL REQUIREMENTS - The License Law requires that an active real estate salesperson, who has been licensed for at least two (2) years, out of the previous 30 months, must first complete an MREC certified 48-hour Broker Pre-Examination Course, pass a course final examination and receive a Certificate of Completion from an accredited real estate school before sitting for the Missouri State Broker License Examination.



COURSE INFORMATION - The ICI Broker Home Study Manual has been approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission to meet the legal requirements and to prepare a student for the state exam by providing all the material that is presently being tested on by the AMP testing service.

The material in the ICI Broker Home Study Manual is broken down into Sections, Chapters and Parts for the student to know and understand each topic in succession.  The student will read the material, take a short test, grade their test (Answer Key in back of manual) and analyze their progress.  The student will be required to indicate the actual time devoted to each section in a time log in the front of the manual.  When all the material has been completed, the student must contact ICI to schedule the "in office" End of Course Final Exam.  After passing the final exam (a 50 question test), the student will be issued a Certificate of Completion so they may sit for the Missouri State License Examination.



ENROLLMENT - The ICI Broker Home Study Course is valid for six (6) months from the date of enrollment and the ICI Broker Home Study End of Course Final Exam must be taken and passed before this deadline.  It is recommended that the ICI Broker Home Study Course be completed in no longer than 30 days to ensure that the material is fresh in the students mind and increase their chance of passing the Missouri State License Examination.



PRICE - The cost of the ICI Broker Home Study Course is $325.00 and is paid for at the time of enrollment.
